Once again, we are adding some delicious veg to a fruit staple in order to cut some sugar out and add some nutrient variation in our little one’s regular snack.
Fills one 6 oz Sili Squeeze
4 oz applesauce
2 oz squash, cooked, skin removed*
dash of cinnamon
Puree the ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled or room temperature.
*Cook an entire squash at a single time. Chop the cooled squash in to diced pieces and refrigerate or freeze for other recipes throughout the week.
