A wonderful creamy and sweet spring snack or meal on the go!
Fills one 4 oz Sili Squeeze
2 oz asparagus, steamed until bright green*
2 oz avocado
*Remove the hard ends of the asparagus stalks by holding each stalk between your two hands. Snap the hard end off by bending the stalk. Wherever it naturally breaks is where the hard end ends, and the tender part begins! (You can add those hard stalks to a veggie stock or compost bin!)
Allow the asparagus to cool to room temperature then puree the ingredients together until smooth. Serve room temperature.
