“Our 16 month old (a former 25 week preemie) is still predominately G-tube feed as she has struggled with chronic lung disease, reflux, oral aversion and difficulty swallowing, and spent her first 6 months in the NICU. She is profoundly deaf and partially blind so she is a very tactile learner and is all about her hands! She has so much fun playing with the Sili Squeeze and the lid- the squishy silicone, the elastic and the hard lid, and loves banging it off her highchair tray- great sensory input! The Eeeze nipple works wonders as I can squeeze little amounts at a time into her mouth, while she is holding it, so it gives her a sense of control and does not overwhelm her to swallow too much. Sometimes we just work on squeezing small tastes onto her lips and she licks that. She loves fruit/veggie purees and thinned yogurt mixtures, but as she gets older we will add things like soups and smoothies. The possibilities of what you can feed your little ones are endless! What a wonderful product- it has added SO much to our darling’s feeding experience, and we are forever grateful! “- Becca Toal
