Carrot Banana Smoothie

Mixing more veggies into smoothies cuts down the sugar content of a full-fruit smoothie.  Carrots are a sweet root vegetable that add color and excellent nutrients to your smoothies.

 

Fills one 6 oz Sili Squeeze

3 oz carrot, remove stem

2 oz vanilla hemps milk

1 oz banana

1 TB hempseed or flaxseed oil

 

Puree the ingredients until smooth.  Serve chilled! (As a variation, you can juice carrots for a thinner consistency).
