Fills one 6 oz Sili Squeeze
3 oz carrot, remove stem
2 oz vanilla hemps milk
1 oz banana
1 TB hempseed or flaxseed oil
Puree the ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled! (As a variation, you can juice carrots for a thinner consistency).
