I have been saying that someone needed to make these and finally here they are!
I made my own purees until my son got old enough to feed himself then he refused to be spoon fed. This product helped me get veggies and meats into him without spending a fortune on the pre-filled pouches.
When I don't have time to make my own, I just fill them with regular baby food, mixing fruits with meats or veggies and he loves them.
Amazing
I have been waiting for a product like this and love it!! My 2 yesr old will not eat his veggies and the only way I can get him to eat any is if I give him Plum Organics. I make my own baby food and just needed a way to dispense it so it is easy and I don't have to spend a fortune on Plum Organics. My 2 year old and my 10 month old use them and I could. Ot be happier. It is a bit hard for the little once to figure out how to get the food out but once they do its great. I am about to order more and know I will use them for years to come.
Bedrest Lifesaver
My 2 year old had to have back surgery this week and was on flat bedrest for two days. Knowing how much he loves the squeeze pouches of applesauce, I ordered a SiliSqueeze combo pack so he could eat a bigger variety of food when he wasn't able to sit up or even use a pillow. In the past, it's been an ordeal of me having to stand at his crib and spoon feed him, being careful not to spill so we don't have to change his bedding (causing him great pain when we have to move him to do it). I found this product online when looking for a unique gift for a few friends who have little ones. I am an experienced Auntie and had to see this product in person - its as amazing as you think it will be! Actually, its more amazing in person than the website can show. The Silicon body is super squishy - the toddlers LOVE this thing. As a chef, my friends always expect me to get cool foodie gifts...this is now my go-to gift for kid parties & baby showers! Healthy Transformation
The Sili Squeeze has truly transformed the way our son James, 17 months old, eats healthy food! He has been a pretty good eater up until now but in the last few weeks he has learned how to say "NO" and refuse food. Thank goodness for the Sili Squeeze because it was love at first sight for James. He loves the way it looks and feels and he loves carrying it around with him, using it in the car and stroller. The best part about it is I can put whole fruits and vegetables, and plenty of good fats and protein in there to make sure he is getting all of the nutrients I want him to have on a daily basis. Just yesterday I mixed in everything but the kitchen sink! I made a big batch of pureed sweet potato, spinach and carrot and added Greek yogurt for protein and fat, banana, flax meal and a splash of his hemp milk and he sucked it down in under 10 minutes! The Sili Squeeze is amazing and I could not recommend it more! I have been using The Squeeze for over a month now and I only have one disclaimer: like all high quality BPA free and medical grade silicone, the nipple becomes discolored after use...especially since I use carrots and spinach in the Squeeze frequently. Also, I know it's not a chew toy, but my toddler thinks so! I am hoping Sili Company will be selling replacement nipples like bottle companies seem to offer. Overall, I am very pleased with Sili Squeeze...there is just nothing like it on the market.
Life saver!
It did take my son about a day or two to figure out how to use the Sili Squeeze, but now that he has the hang of it, he LOVES it!! Its especially perfect for us because my 16 month old HATES his vegetables and REFUSES to eat them! With the Sili Squeeze I can put pureed vegetables (even pre-made) in with something he likes, such as applesauce, and he gobbles it down!!! Plus he can do it himself so I can be hands free!!! This product has truly been a life saver for our family!!!
No more excess laundry
I was constantly buying the disposable squeeze pouches for my son. It was the only way to get him to eat fruits & vegetables. I would sit there & hold it for him till he got done. However, once he realized that he can squeeze it himself, he started to do so & would get it all over. I was doing laundry every day :(
With the Sili Squeeze, I make what I want & give it to him. He LOVES to squeeze it & no mess!!!! He is still teething, so he will turn it upside down & use the end for a teether & still nothing will come out :)
Fits over The Sili Squeeze
I love the Sili Squeeze. I have a daughter that is 17 months old and she throws a fit when the squeeze comes out because I'm not getting it to her fast enough. It truly has made my life easier in giving my daughter her vitamins. I just slip them in her smoothie, yogurt or applesauce and they are gone before I can turn around. I recently put some homemade cinnamon applesauce in it and gave it to my daughter and niece the same age to share and it was a full out fight. They did not want to share one sip.
Wish I had this months ago!
My daughter is now 2.5 and is likes using her Sili Squeeze for apple sauce. She loves it at her age and requests it every afternoon when we are headed to the park, but what I really wish is that I had this ingenious contraption when she was a baby. I made ALL of my daughter's baby foods--she never, ever had jarred food--and we traveled a lot. To be able to fill the mess-less Sili Squeeze with nutritious, homemade purees that she could feed herself with would have made my life so much easier. I am looking forward to using it with my next on-the-go baby.
ABSOLUTELY NO MESS!
I am the proud Mama of an 11 month old. When I first saw the Sili Squeeze I thought that was a great idea, and something we would definitely try out when my son was older. I never thought my son would be able to do it on his own so young....Boy was I wrong!! Our first try with the Sili Squeeze was with some applesauce, one of his favorites. Once it was in his hands, because of its natural nipple shape, he knew what to do! Once he realized it was filled with his favorite snack he never put it down!! I love that the Sili Squeeze gives me the opportunity to feed my son a healthy snack while giving him some independence at the same time. One of my absolute favorite things about the Sili Squeeze is that there is ABSOLUTELY NO MESS! It is amazing what a big mess an 11 month old can create when given the chance to feed himself. With the Sili Squeeze that is almost impossible, and because of its cleanliness it can be used independently by a young child while in a car or in the stroller. The Sili Squeeze has transformed meal times on the go for our family.
