Attention Canadian Customers: The First Class Mail Delivery Option (to Canada) will not provide you with a tracking # or insured value of the product. The Sili Company will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. By selecting this shipment method, you are accepting responsibility for the package and its value. The Sili Company will not refund or offer compensation for lost, unreceived or damaged packages. The Sili Company recommends insuring your purchase by selecting Priority International Shipping. Please note that First Class shipping to Canada takes approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery. To expedite shipping, please select Priority International Shipping.

Customers Outside the U.S. and Canada: Shipping to Australia and New Zealand is now available. Visit our site 'down under'. Other international shipping is not available at this time. To be notified via email when shipping to your locale becomes available, please send us an email.

Hours of Operation

We try to process all orders in a timely manner. Our website takes orders 24-hours a day, however, up time and availability are not guaranteed since run by real mommies. Our website may occasionally be offline for upgrades or other required Sili maintenance for extended periods of time. Order fulfillment takes place during our normal hours of operation: 8am-5pm (PST), Monday through Friday. The Sili Company does not guarantee delivery dates and times; Shipping dates and times provided by The Sili Co. are estimates for customer convenience only. All Express orders received after 3pm PST will not go out until the following business day. All Priority orders received after 4pm PST will not go out until next business day.

Refunds and Exchanges

For Direct Consumers
(Customers who purchased product directly from The Sili Company)

Customers have 30 days to return any new and unused purchases for a refund or exchange. Product must include all original packaging and hang tags to be accepted for a return or exchange.

The Sili Company does not accept returns for any used product. In the rare instance that a product may be defective, you may email customer service at customerservice@thesilico.com.

All return-shipping fees are at the consumer's cost.

Refund requests must be received in writing via email to customerservice@thesilico.com. Please include your order ID / confirmation number for faster processing. Once your return is received at our offices, we will issue a full refund for the product(s), to the original method of payment, assuming the product(s) is fully intact and undamaged.

The Sili Company does not accept returns or exchanges for any item(s) purchased through a third party retailer/dealer. Please review the return/exchange policy for the specific retail outlet you purchased your Sili Squeeze™ from.
